Returns:
There are no returns on any cards.
Damage Free Items:
Items other than cards may be returned within 30 days of packing statement date. You must call our Customer Service Department at 1-951- 286-5225 to receive your Return Shipping Number (RSN). Please enclose your packing slip to receive proper credit. A restocking fee of 20% or $20.00 (if purchase is less than $100.00)
Items returned for non-satisfaction will be credited the cost of item and tax only. Shipping and other fees are non-refundable. The item must be in perfect condition. Any items returned damaged will not be accepted.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
Damaged Items:
If the items are damaged in shipment you may return the item within 7 days of packing statement date to our Customer Service Department: P.O. Box 78502, Corona, CA 92877. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-951-286-5225 to receive our Return Shipment Certificate (RSC).
Seasonal or Sale Items: There are no refunds on seasonal or sale items.
